“What is the vision of Pure & Joy and what does this logo means?
My vision of nutrition is based on Torah, ancient and modern Jewish wisdom, with science. Food is a foundation of who we are “we are what we eat” and I believe that a balanced nutrition promotes health and prevents disease: “food is medicine”. Holistic nutrition aims for the best version of who we are, it includes a more conscious approach to food that considers its impact on health, the environment, human connection and the soul.
“Pure”stands for this wholeness, what food is really fitting us, a deeper “kashruth” aspect of the Jewish tradition. Inspired by authentic Torah concepts, and evidence-based scientific facts to help us return to the source of holiness. I do not recommend temporary dieting, instead I will encourage you to consciously shift your lifestyle inspired by Jewish texts supported by clear scientific dietary guidelines.
The square represents stability, order, and strength due to its four equal sides and right angles, which create a symmetrical and firm foundation. That’s my role to help you step up towards a better version of yourself. It does come inside a circle symbolizing wholeness, balance, and completion with its continuous, endless shape. I believe in following an organic whole food plant based diet integrating a small portion of kosher animal products.
The concept of the "square within a circle" is a guiding principle from Rabbi Nachman’s master piece “Likutey Moharan” lesson 59. It describes a method to achieve life stability and self-reckoning seeking alignment between core values and life choices. It’s the art of maintaining a dietary discipline while keeping the joy of eating.
“Joy” is totally integrated into my nutrition plan keeping the pleasure of eating tasty food with rich flavors and colors following your desire along the way. A happy lifestyle where coaching sessions are exciting, fun, efficient and within a friendly atmosphere working together as a team to reach your goals!
The “Chet” Hebrew letter stand forחִיוּת “vitality”, in relation with the Divine precept of choosing life (Deut. 30.19). A core belief that drives me to transform people life selecting the healthiest ingredients and making the best lifestyle choices.
